What is this about?

The NFL Concussion Settlement is a landmark settlement that was finalized in 2015, to compensate former NFL athletes who have suffered brain injuries related to repeated head trauma. This settlement followed a class-action lawsuit involving thousands of former players who claimed that the NFL had failed to warn them about the long-term risks of the concussions that they were at risk for while playing in the NFL.

Do you qualify?

Our lawyers represent athletes who qualify for the NFL Class Action Concussion Settlement, In re: National Football League Players’ Concussion Injury Litigation No. 2:12-md-02323 (E.D. Pa.). Are you, or have you been an NFL Football Player, including American Football League, World League of American Football, NFL Europe League and NFL Europa League players, before July 7, 2014, but who on or after July 7, 2014, were no longer under contract?  Alternatively, are you related to a living or deceased retired NFL Football Player who was on roster before July 7, 2014, but who on or after July 7, 2014, were no longer under contract?
